Graphtec Corporation was established (as Watanabe Instruments) in Tokyo in 1949. The company was formed to specialize in the design and manufacture of analog recording instruments, and released its first product, an EO type pen oscillograph, in 1952. Graphtec rapidly became an industry leader, both in Japan and around the world.

Despite its small footprint, the GL220 offers 10 isolated input system that ensures no channel is affected by different signals input to other channels, eliminating wiring concerns. This multifunction device accepts voltage, temperature, humidity, pulse, and logic signal inputs and enables combined measurements, even of disparate phenomena like temperature/humidity and voltage.

Expandable from the standard 20-channel configuration to a maximum of 200 channels. All channels feature insulated and multi-function inputs.

The GL820 is a compact data logger, with an A5 footprint, providing excellent portability. All channels are isolated channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground. It has the ability to perform simultaneous measurement of voltage, temperature and humidity. It also supports such inputs as pulse (e.g. power, rpm and flow) and logic, in addition to voltage and temperature.
